Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

Not for the web applications: they open in the browser, on a computer or a tablet, and updates arrive without you doing anything. The applications to install go on your computer (Windows, and often Linux); they open with the same Etrebil account. The logos on each application show where it installs: Windows, Linux or Android.

Is one account really enough for all the applications?

Yes. You sign in once on account.etrebil.com, then open each application without typing your password again. Two-factor authentication protects them all at once.

How do I add my colleagues?

From your space on account.etrebil.com, invite them by email. Each one has their own access, which you can remove at any time.

Can I share my access?

Access is personal. The number of sessions open at the same time is limited: beyond it, the platform shows you your current sessions and lets you close the one you no longer need.

Who owns the data?

To your organisation. When a colleague leaves, their work data stays with the company; their personal account goes with them.
