Context
Know where your time goes: your work contexts, a timer and a stopwatch always within reach.
Context installs on your device (Windows and Android) and opens with your Prophetix account, the same one as for the web applications.
Context organizes your work into contexts, such as a client or a project, which you describe with rules: the programs and window titles that identify them. It picks up the active program and window on your computer, sorts the activity into broad categories (browsing, development, messaging...) and its dashboard totals the time spent and shows recent activities. Automatically attaching an activity to a context, based on your rules, is in preparation.
A floating bar is ready to display the current context ("No active context" until that attachment is delivered), with a stopwatch with laps and a countdown that sounds at the deadline.
Context picks up program names and window titles, never reading their content: designed for your own computer; in a company, inform the people concerned and their representatives before installing it on their computers.
Context is in preparation. It will join the Prophetix subscription catalogue when it is released.

Floating bar
- Displays a small bar always in the foreground, outside the taskbar, which stays within reach while you work.
- Moves with a mouse drag and locks in place with the Pin button.
- Remembers its position on screen from one launch to the next; it opens at the top right by default.
- Opens the stopwatch, the dashboard and the settings in one click.
- Closes with a click; the application starts directly on the bar, or on the dashboard with the dedicated startup option.
Stopwatch and countdown
- Measures elapsed time with a stopwatch: start, pause, resume, reset.
- Records laps and shows the time of each one.
- Starts a countdown set in minutes and seconds, with pause, resume and reset.
- Sounds and alerts when the countdown reaches zero.
- Stays in the foreground in its own window and remembers its position on screen.
Day to day
- Starts with Windows, if you ask for it in the settings.
- Uses your Prophetix license: My space, sign-out from the account, release of the computer so it can be used elsewhere.
- Displays a warning banner when the license approaches its expiry date.
- Signals that a new version is available.
Planned (not available yet)
- Picking up the active window's program and title to sort the activity into broad categories: the pickup code exists, but it is not connected yet.
- Automatically attaching the activity to a context (client, project) based on your program and window rules; the bar currently shows "No context".
- Creating and editing your contexts and their rules: the screen exists, but keeps nothing yet.
- Dashboard of time spent, recent activities, history, analyses and security alerts: screens are present, waiting for the data service.
- Dropping files and notes on the bar to file them in a context.
- Android version: a tracking application exists in draft form, with no real connection to your data.
Good to know
- Today, the part that is really usable is the floating bar, the stopwatch with countdown and the Prophetix account: time tracking by context is in preparation.
- Context is designed for your own computer: in a company, inform the people concerned and their representatives before installing it on their computers.
- It is planned to pick up only program names and window titles, never their content.
- Context has no web version.
