CPAP

Review the nights recorded by your ResMed CPAP device, from its SD card.

AvailableCreate an account

CPAP installs on your device (Windows and Linux) and opens with your Prophetix account, the same one as for the web applications.

CPAP reads the SD card of ResMed devices in the AirSense, AirCurve, S9 and S10 ranges and presents your nights over the period of your choice: usage time, apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), pressure, leaks. The detail of a night shows the pressure and flow curves, and the list of recorded events.

A compatible Bluetooth pulse oximeter (JKS50F family) can be connected to it to record oxygen saturation and pulse.

CPAP presents the data that your device has recorded: it makes no diagnosis and does not replace the advice of your doctor or your healthcare provider. The data is read on your computer.

Every feature of CPAP

54 features in 9 areas

ResMed SD card

  • Opens the root folder of the SD card of a ResMed device (AirSense, AirCurve, S9 and S10 ranges).
  • Loads all the recorded nights and lists them with their date, duration and indicators.
  • Refreshes the list after a new copy of the card.
  • Reads pressure, leak, event, detailed flow and saturation data when the card contains them.
  • Reads the data on your computer.

Dashboard

  • Summarizes the chosen period: number of nights, average AHI, average pressure, average leaks (P95) and average duration.
  • Chooses the period in one click (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, all) or by start and end dates.
  • Adjusts the period with a slider over the whole span covered by the card.
  • Shows each night in a table: date, duration, AHI, median and P95 pressure, median and P95 leaks, number of events, average SpO2.
  • Colors the values and recalls the usual reference points (AHI, pressure, leaks, night duration).
  • Plots the AHI trend, the leak trend and the duration of the nights.
  • Opens the detail of a night from the table.

Night detail

  • Plots the pressure curve (cmH2O) and the respiratory flow (L/min) for the night.
  • Shows the night's oxygen saturation and pulse when the card contains them.
  • Lists the recorded events with their time, type and duration: obstructive and central apneas, hypopneas, Clear Airway, RERA, flow limitation, periodic breathing, large leaks, arousals.
  • Explains each event type in a tooltip.
  • Counts events by type: AHI, obstructive apneas, central apneas, hypopneas, RERA, arousals.
  • Gives the minimum, median, P95 and maximum pressure, and the minimum and average saturation.
  • Shows the AHI hour by hour and the distribution of pressures.
  • Offers reading guidelines depending on the night (AHI, duration, leaks, pressure, saturation) to discuss with your doctor.

Bluetooth oximeter

  • Searches for compatible Bluetooth pulse oximeters (JKS50F family) and connects to them.
  • Shows oxygen saturation, pulse and perfusion index live.
  • Plots the curves in real time during recording.
  • Records a session with its minimums, maximums and averages, its duration, its number of measurements and its desaturations.
  • Saves the sessions on the computer, then reloads, deletes or exports them on request.
  • Exports an oximetry session as a CSV file.
  • Keeps a log of the Bluetooth link, with an attempt to recover the data stored in the device.

SD card cleanup

  • Analyzes the card: machine, serial number, number of nights, oldest and most recent, total, used and free space.
  • Offers to delete only the detailed flow files, or whole nights.
  • Keeps the latest months that you choose.
  • Shows a preview of what would be deleted and of the space freed, with a checkbox for each item.
  • Asks for confirmation before any deletion.
  • Backs up the items to a folder of your choice before deleting them, if you ask for it.

Prophetix account

  • Uses your Prophetix license and displays a warning banner when it nears its expiry date.
  • Opens Mon espace Prophetix from the main window.
  • Signs out of the account, or releases the computer so that the license can be used elsewhere.

On your devices

  • Windows: full desktop application, including the live Bluetooth oximeter.
  • Linux: the same application for reading the SD card, the dashboard, the night detail, the oximetry sessions already recorded and the card cleanup.
  • Android: PxTracker, a separate energy-tracking application, grouped under this page because both handle health data (see below).
  • No web version.

PxTracker on Android

  • Reads Health Connect: steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, weight and body composition deposited by your health applications.
  • Reconstructs your actual energy expenditure and compares it with what you eat.
  • Shows the day's balance: ring of intake, expenditure, target and balance, macros, steps, distance, sleep, weight, heart and workouts.
  • Logs meals by barcode scan, by search in the OpenFoodFacts database or by free entry, with remembered portions and favorites.
  • Tracks hydration with a quick add.
  • Writes your meals and glasses of water back to Health Connect for your other applications.
  • Plots the history over 7 days, 30 days, 3 months and 1 year: balance, weight curve, steps, sleep and the gap between predicted change and weigh-in.
  • Sets the profile and targets, enters a weigh-in by hand and exports the data as CSV.
  • Works without an account and without a server: only the food search goes over the network.

Good to know

  • CPAP presents the data recorded by the device: it makes no diagnosis and does not replace the advice of your doctor or your healthcare provider.
  • The reading guidelines for a night are indicative, to be discussed with a healthcare professional.
  • On Linux, the live Bluetooth oximeter is not supported: only the recordings already made and the CSV export remain usable.
  • Recovering the data stored in the oximeter is an attempt, with no guaranteed result.
  • PxTracker is not linked to your Prophetix account or to the license: it works without an account, and is not yet published.
